As far as rest goes--I make a "dopamine menu" of things to do when I'm bored or trying to relax (but not use my phone and don't want to read). Some of my options are things like baking, watching a specific movie or show on the list, playing a video game like Animal Crossing, coloring in a Fuzzy Hygge coloring book or making bracelets! And because I'm apparently neurotic, I'll check off or date when I've done something so it feels like I've accomplished something (I'm rolling my eyes at myself lol)
might get "trying my softest" as a tattoo tbh
